Day 1: Kigali – Bigogwe Experience – Lake Kivu – Musanze Hot Springs
Your adventure begins with a 7:00 AM pick-up from your hotel or Kigali airport by your professional driver-guide. Drive north through Rwanda’s beautiful countryside to Bigogwe (approximately 3–4 hours).
Visit Bigogwe for an authentic local experience, learn about the traditional cattle-keeping culture, and enjoy the beautiful views of the hills. Continue to Lake Kivu and check into your hotel.
In the evening, visit the Musanze hot springs for a relaxing natural experience before returning to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Lake Kivu Activities – Iby’iwacu Culture Visit – Kigali
After breakfast, enjoy Lake Kivu’s activities including a boat ride, kayaking, and jet skiing. Relax by the lake and enjoy lunch with fresh local fish and other optional dishes.
After lunch, drive towards Volcanoes National Park and visit Iby’iwacu Cultural Village to experience Rwanda’s traditions, stories, and local culture. Continue to Kigali for drop-off at your hotel or Kigali airport.
