To confirm your tour, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance must be paid on the first day of the tour, before departure.
All prices are in USD and are subject to change depending on permit costs, accommodation rates, or any added services. Late additions to your itinerary may come with additional fees.
If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing via email or WhatsApp. Our refund policy is as follows:
30 days or more before the tour: 80% refund of the deposit
15–29 days before the tour: 50% refund of the deposit
7–14 days before the tour: 25% refund of the deposit
Less than 7 days before the tour or no-show: No refund
Please note: Gorilla and chimpanzee trekking permits, once booked, are non-refundable and non-transferable, as per Rwanda Development Board policy. If we’ve already purchased permits by the time of cancellation, their cost will be deducted from your refund.
All guests are responsible for making sure their travel documents are valid, including passports, visas, and necessary vaccinations. We recommend checking entry requirements in advance. Iriza Tours & Safaris cannot be held responsible for missed travel due to incomplete or invalid documents.
While we do everything possible to provide a safe and enjoyable trip, Iriza Tours & Safaris is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage to property, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. We kindly ask all travelers to respect safety guidelines, local laws, and customs.
Occasionally, situations like weather changes, road conditions, or government restrictions may require us to adjust the itinerary. In such cases, we’ll make suitable alternative arrangements to ensure you still enjoy a great experience.
These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes or concerns will be resolved through local negotiation or legal processes in accordance with Rwandan law.
